Return & Cancellation Policy

We understand that unpredicted situations may arise and that you will need to cancel your order. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on used items. No matter if it has 1 mile or 15 miles, our electric scooter and electric bikes lose their value once they are used and we only offer to our customers brand new electric scooters and electric bikes. 
To avoid needing to return or to cancel a product please we ask you to review carefully before making any electric scooter or electric bike purchases. You can always email us to info@chartior.com so we can better assist you in selecting the product that best suits you. 
Returning an order 
If the scooter remains brand new (zero miles) and is returned within 14 days of the date of delivery, we will gladly help with the return process. You can submit a return request by contacting info@chartior.com and our team will assist you immediately. 
If an issue arises with your scooter and it has been used, our warranty will likely cover your case (please check what our warranty covers). Please contact us at info@chartior.com to start your return process. 
Note that you Chartior is not responsible for returns shipping fees. 
Cancelling and order 
The procedure of canceling an order depends entirely on its current condition. In any situation, the best thing to do is to send an email to our tech support team describing your issue so they can accurately diagnose it and solve the issue efficiently. 
- Pre-Orders:

If your order is a pre-order (expected to be delivered in the near future), you have up to 48 hours before the shipping date to cancel this order. However, a 3% credit card fee will still be charged to your card. The rest will be refunded to your original payment method). 

If the order is completed or has a tracking number, return shipping will have to be paid by the customer. 

When the refund is processed, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 2-5 business days. The 3% credit card processing fee will be charged as well. 

- In Stock Order or Shipped Order 

If the product is in stock, we will start the shipping process one hour after you placed the order. This means, within one our of placing the order you can cancel it. 

If the order has been shipped, the return shipping fee plus 3% of the credit card processing fee will be subtracted from your refund. If possible, refuse the package by the time the courier agent attempts to deliver. This will send the package back to us. If refusing the package isn’t possible, mention it in your return request to our team and be sure to not use the product. A team will assist you in returning the product another way. After the product has been successfully returned and inspected, the return shipping fees plus a credit processing fee of 3% will be deducted from your refund and the balance will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. 

- Returning a used electric scooter or E-bike

We do not accept returns after the product is used. Please contact our support team for any questions you might have before committing to a purchase. They will be able to assist you through the process of selecting an electric scooter or electric bike that best suits you.
